Stepney All Saints X The Powerhouse Project

Exciting Opportunity for Young Women: Powerhouse Academy

We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity for young women through our partnership with The Powerhouse Project, a leading UK organisation dedicated to advancing women’s football and creating meaningful pathways into the sport and its wider industries.

Powerhouse Academy is a post-16 football and education programme open to students from all schools. The Academy offers a unique pathway that combines A Level or BTEC study with elite football development in a structured, high-performance environment.

Led by women with experience across the professional game, The Powerhouse Project provides students with expert coaching, personalised mentorship and direct insight into the football industry. Alongside their academic studies, students explore a range of career pathways including playing, coaching, media, performance analysis and leadership, while developing the confidence, discipline and ambition to succeed both on and off the pitch.
