ALL SAINTS FEDERATION

Achieving Excellence. Inspiring Generations. The All Saints Way.
Three schools. One shared vision. A brighter future for East London.
The All Saints Federation brings together three distinctive Church of England schools with a shared commitment to educational excellence, inclusion, faith, opportunity and service to our communities:
Together, we form an ambitious family of schools serving children and young people from their earliest years through to Sixth Form.
Our Federation is founded on a simple belief: by working together, while celebrating the individual character and heritage of each school, we can provide even greater opportunities for our pupils, families, staff and communities.
Our schools already share strong relationships, a commitment to high expectations and a belief that every child should be known, valued and supported to fulfil their potential. The All Saints Federation provides the structure through which that partnership can grow even stronger.

VISION: The All Saints Federation brings together three distinctive Church of England schools with one shared ambition: to provide an exceptional education from the early years through to Sixth Form.
Rooted in faith, inclusion and high expectations, we will work together to strengthen teaching, share expertise and widen opportunities for every child. Each school will retain its own identity and traditions, while benefiting from the collective strength of the Federation.
Together, we aim to nurture confident, compassionate and ambitious young people who are equipped to flourish, contribute and lead in East London and beyond.
Our Exceptional Schools
An Educational Journey from Early Years to Sixth Form
One of the great strengths of the All Saints Federation is the opportunity to create greater continuity across the different stages of a child's education.
Our primary and secondary colleagues can work together to strengthen curriculum development, transition, SEND and inclusion, teaching and learning, enrichment and professional development.
Children can benefit from access to specialist expertise and facilities across the Federation, while staff gain opportunities to collaborate across phases, share successful practice and develop together.
The result is a stronger educational journey, one which builds upon what children already know, supports them through important transitions and raises ambition for what comes next.
Why We Are Stronger Togethe
Excellence in Education
Sharing expertise and successful practice to strengthen teaching, learning and outcomes across our schools.
Opportunity for Every Child
Creating broader academic, sporting, cultural, creative and leadership opportunities for children and young people.
A Strong 3–18 Partnership
Connecting primary, secondary and Sixth Form education and strengthening transition between different phases.
Developing Our People
Providing greater opportunities for staff collaboration, professional learning, leadership development and career progression.
Stronger Together
Using our collective expertise, resources and purchasing power intelligently so that more resources can be directed towards teaching, learning and opportunities for pupils.
Serving Our Community
Working together with families, churches and community organisations to create positive change across East London.
These benefits reflect the rationale developed jointly by the three schools during the Federation process.
Our Identity Matters
Together where it makes us stronger. Distinct where it matters.
Being part of the All Saints Federation does not mean that our three schools become identical.
Each school retains its:
- School name and identity
- Uniform
- Individual ethos and traditions
- School site
- Dedicated leadership team
- Admissions arrangements
- Curriculum appropriate to its pupils and phase
- SEND and pastoral provision
- Relationship with its own pupils, families, parish and local community
The Federation allows our schools to collaborate strategically while protecting and celebrating what makes each community unique. This principle was explicit in the Federation proposals developed by the three schools.
Federation Leadership and Governance
The All Saints Federation is overseen by a single Federation Governing Board, providing strategic leadership, oversight and accountability across the three schools.
The Federation's leadership works collectively to secure high educational standards, strong financial stewardship, an ambitious shared vision and the distinctive Christian character of our schools.
At the same time, each school retains dedicated local boards leadership focused on the pupils, staff and community it serves.
